DIY - Redecorating an Old Flower Pot from Ivanka's little treasures-Black and White Design

My new project is here! I bought this cute looking pot at Goodwill and the fake flowers with the green floral foam block in Dollar Tree. I used black and white chalk paint to create this old distressed look of the flower pot and the rest was very easy.

Handmade Plush Toy Owl Pillows from Ivanka's little treasures
Hello everyone...
My new project is here! This was my first time using my old sewing machine and making a plush toy. I bought a pack of different kinds of fabrics with children's motives on it from Jo-Ann Fabrics. I used a pencil to draw the shape of an owl on the fabric I chose for the body and then I cut it out. The other pieces, like feet, beak and eyes I cut out from felt. Before I started to sew, I assembled the owls so I could see how they will look like. First I sewed all the small pieces on the front piece and then I sewed the back piece to the front one inside out leaving 2 holes for the wings. Before I attached the second wing I filled the owls with polyester fiberfill I got at Walmart.

Repainting an Old Night Table from Ivanka's little treasures-Black and White Design
Hello everyone...
My new project is here! I got this old night table from my grandmother. At first I wanted to throw it out at the dump but then I decided to be creative and use some imagination. I took the cabinet apart and at first I sanded off the shiny finish. I used black chalk paint to paint the whole cabinet. After the black paint dried I brushed over white chalk paint in very small amounts to reach this distressed look. At the end I used a clear wax to make the surface smooth and protect the color from scratching.

Picture Transfer on Wood from Ivanka's little treasures-Black and White Design
Hello everyone...
My new project is here! This video shows pictures of beautiful cities I've visited in the past. I printed out black and white pictures using normal printing paper and with the help of Golden Molding Paste I transferred these pictures onto the wood. Everything I used I bought at Michael's or Hobby Lobby. When the transfer was done I painted an antique matte Modge Podge glue over the pictures which created the old yellowish look of the images. I used black acrylic paint to paint the edges of each picture. I used molds for the polymer clay and created all the names and embellishments. At the end I used a glue gun to glue black ribbons on the back of each wood piece to create a hook to be able to hang the pictures on the wall.
